First day: Arrival at Veliko Tarnovo. Accommodation in “Yantra”**** hotel - www.yantrabg.com

By customer’s desire: panorama tour in Veliko Tarnovo, visiting “Tzarevetz” hill, one of the symbols of the old capital of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom – XII-XIV century; Handcraft street – typical presenter of the Bulgarian Regeneration with craftsmen’s workshops and souvenir shops.

Free time.

Dinner. Overnight.

Second day: Breakfast.

By customer’s desire: tour program in Arbanassi, national architecture-historical reserve and visiting the “Birth of Christ” church and the Konstancelieva house-museum. Visiting the Preobrazhenski monastery.

Lunch at the hotel.

Free time. Dinner. Overnight.

Third day: Breakfast.

By customer’s desire: a whole-day trip to the Dryanovski monastery. Architecture complex “Bozhenci” with an included lunch. Complex “Etara”, Gabrovo and back to Veliko Tarnovo.

Free time. Gala dinner. Overnight.

By customer’s desire: audio-visual show “Sound and light”.

Fourth day: Breakfast.

Free time. Leaving the hotel.

Price:  164 euro /per person for a double room/

Additional pay for a single room: 30 euro

The price includes:

-3 overnights with a breakfast

-3 lunches

-tour fee and insurance

-swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym

The price doesn’t include:

-tour program in Veliko Tarnovo – transfer, tour guide, entrance fee for “Tzarevetz” hill.

- tour program in Arbanassi  and the Preobrazhenski monastery – Arbanassi – transfer, Romanian-speaking tour guide, entrance fees – 10 euro.

- one-day trip to Gabrovo – transfer, Romanian-speaking tour guide, entrance fees – 14 euro.

Conference services:

1.     Conference hall – big /55-110 people/ - 65 euro per day, 38 euro per half a day

2.     Technical equipment:

·        Flipchart with consummative – 20 euro per day

·        Screen – bonus

·        Media with a screen – 44 euro

·        Sound – 38 euro

·        Small room  - 8-12 people – 44 euro per day, 28 euro per half a day

Coffee-pauses:  form 1, 00 euro to 4, 00 euro, depending on the variety.
